Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every domain, hosting, SaaS license and custom development service ordered through ilmCode Technologies.

Services

Hosting, VPS and dedicated server plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically unless cancelled from your client area before the renewal date. SaaS license plans (monthly, yearly or lifetime) grant you the right to run that software for your own business; the source code remains the property of ilmCode Technologies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Payment

Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice. Services may be suspended if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date; we will always email you before that happens.

Acceptable use

Hosting and server services may not be used to send spam, host illegal content, or launch attacks against other networks. We reserve the right to suspend a service that violates this without a refund of the affected period.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change; the current version is always the one published on this page.
