Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you commit to a plan -- here is exactly what to expect if something does not work out.

Hosting & server plans

New shared and reseller hosting orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the account has not already made heavy use of resources or support. VPS and dedicated servers are billed for real infrastructure reserved on your behalf and are non-refundable once provisioned, but can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals.

SaaS software licenses

Monthly and yearly license plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if the software has not yet been installed on a live server. Once installed, activated, or past 7 days, license purchases are non-refundable -- you may still cancel to stop future renewals. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after 7 days for the same reason.

Domains

Domain registrations are non-refundable once the registration is submitted to the registry, in line with standard domain industry practice.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your client area, or email support@ilmcode.com, within the window above. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
